Mediterranean foodies retreat weekend

right here at Lakehouse Villas in the Hunter Valley.

We are so excited to announce our Special guest chef Nikoletta Nicolaou will also be joining us to share her passion and flare for all things Mediterranean.

March 26-28 2021

Join Sophie on Friday afternoon for a meet and greet down by the Lakehouse after checking in to your Villas. Drinks and nibbles included

Friday evening workshop
2 hours of creating, cooking and sharing.

Menu – Macaroni too Fournou (Cypriot pasta bake), green salad, rustic bread, kattimeri/tsipopita (filo pastry with a creamy almond filling)

Breakfast – Greek style breakfast enjoyed at leisure in your villa.

Mid morning  – Olive tour and wine pairing tastings at local winery with light lunch

Afternoon – Enjoy a swim, relax by the Lakehouse or enjoy the delights of the surrounding wineries by foot, bike or take your car.

Saturday Evening Workshop – 2 hours of creating and sharing

Menu – Souvlakia, sheftalies (Cypriot sausages), Kypriakes pites (Cypriot pita bread), Talatouri (Cypriot yoghurt dip), Cypriot parsley salad, loukoumades (Greek honey balls)

Breakfast at leisure, and late check out.


Cost $899 per person based on twin share (accomodation and all meals + Friday night drinks included)
